Tommy is the man. After the “genius” at the Genius Bar said all they could do was upsell me a new laptop (big surprise), and actually said “good luck” to me as I left, Tommy hooked me up. Got my laptop functioning again after a couple highly enjoyable zoom sessions. Extremely knowledgeable about all things Apple, so when I’m ready to upgrade, I know I can do it with the guidance of someone who really knows what I need, not just someone at a very pretty store pushing merchandise. Tommy was really quick to respond to my quote request to repair my Macbook. I used Yelp to request a quote from multiple companies. Tommy was one of only 2 places that mentioned to me that the repair was covered for free by an Apple replacement program. 5 stars for the integrity there as many other places quoted a fairly expensive price. I will definitely trust MacMyDay if I run into any other repair needs.
