APPLE NEWS FROM THE KEYNOTE

Macmyday apple eventApple today (09/01) had their big keynote event showing off some new products and software (you will be able to read about below). Some of the other news and highlights are: There are currently over 120 million iOS devices (iPads, iPhones and ipod touch) with over 230,000 activations per day! Over 6.5 billion apps have been downloaded (over 200 per second). Right now there are over 250,000 apps available from the iTunes Store.

Some of the other updates include a iOS4.1 update to fix some bugs in the system (Due next week). Also this updates include High Dynamic Range Photos HDR When you take pics it shoots standard pics and there is a HDR button the shoots three shots at once (A standard, under & lower exposed pics all combined to make a high Dynamic Range Photo). Game Center is going live with live multiplayer gaming network. With this update you will also be able to upload HD Video now over WiFi and allows TV rentals. Apple also showed a sneak peak to iOS 4.2 for the iPad due in November. Which will include PrintCenter the ability to print from your iPad. And Airplay.. streaming music, videos and pics via your iPad. Continue below reading about the exciting new product lines.
